주식회사 시크플레이(이하 "회사")는 Goo(이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 수집·이용하며, 이를 보호하기 위해 어떤 조치를 취하는지 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

이용자가 서비스 이용 중 입력하거나 업로드한 정보, 그리고 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동으로 생성되는 정보가 위와 같이 수집됩니다.

3. 개인정보의 처리위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외로 이전됩니다. 이용자는 본 방침을 통해 이를 확인할 수 있으며, 서비스 내 동의 절차를 통해 별도로 동의를 받습니다.

이전 일시 및 방법: 서비스 이용 시점에 정보통신망을 통해 전송됩니다. 이용자는 개인정보 국외 이전에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 이 경우 AI 분석·입어보기 등 핵심 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
AI 서비스 이용에 관한 고지
입어보기, 의류 분석, 스타일 진단 기능은 이용자가 업로드한 의류·얼굴 사진 등을 Google의 Gemini API로 전송하여 처리합니다. 회사는 해당 사진을 AI 모델의 학습 목적으로 제공하지 않으며, 추천·생성을 위한 처리(추론) 목적으로만 이용합니다. 이용자는 서비스 내 동의 절차를 통해 위 처리에 동의한 후 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
4. 산업 파트너에 대한 정보 제공
회사는 축적된 데이터를 패션 산업의 상품 개발과 트렌드 연구에 활용될 수 있도록 산업 파트너 및 패션 브랜드에 제공합니다. 제공 정보는 성격에 따라 아래와 같이 구분되며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되는 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.
4-1. 익명 통계 정보 (동의 불요)
개별 이용자를 식별할 수 없도록 익명화·통계화한 다음 정보는 개인정보에 해당하지 않으므로 별도 동의 없이 제공될 수 있습니다.
- 카테고리별·브랜드별 등록 및 시착 통계
- 연령대별·성별별 스타일 선호도 및 트렌드 분석
- 신체 사이즈 구간별 시착 결과 및 만족도 통계 (개별 신체 정보는 제외)
- 상품 조합 및 스타일링 패턴 분석
- 의류 이미지 및 속성 정보 (색상·소재·패턴·핏 등, 이용자 식별 정보 제거)
회사는 제공 전 개별 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 모든 정보(이름, 이메일, Apple 계정 식별자 등)를 제거하거나 복원 불가능한 방식으로 처리합니다.
4-2. 착장 결과 이미지 (선택 동의)
입어보기로 생성된 착장 결과 이미지는 이용자의 신체가 포함되어 개인정보에 해당할 수 있으므로, 아래 사항을 고지하고 동의한 이용자의 정보에 한하여 제공합니다.

회사는 제공 전 얼굴을 마스킹·블러 처리하여 특정 개인의 식별 가능성을 최소화합니다. 다만 이는 추가적인 보호조치이며, 해당 이미지는 개인정보로 간주하여 위 동의 절차를 적용합니다.

동의 철회 및 제공 거부
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 "마이페이지 > 데이터 제공 설정"에서 4-2의 동의를 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 시 이후 제공이 중단됩니다. 4-1의 익명 통계 정보에 대해서도 문의처를 통해 활용 제외를 요청할 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 보유·이용 기간 및 파기
회사는 원칙적으로 이용자의 개인정보를 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
계정 삭제(회원 탈퇴) 시 파기
이용자는 앱 내 "마이페이지 > 계정 삭제"를 통해 직접 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 다음 정보가 즉시 영구적으로 파기됩니다.
- 데이터베이스에 저장된 모든 개인정보(프로필·콘텐츠·이용 기록 등)
- 저장된 모든 이미지(의류·화보·얼굴 사진 등)
- 인증 정보 및 Apple 로그인 토큰(폐기 처리)
계정 삭제는 즉시 처리되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
탈퇴 후 예외적 보관 정보
부정 가입 및 혜택 중복 수령 방지를 위해, 회원 식별자를 복원이 불가능한 단방향 암호화(해시) 처리한 값만을 탈퇴 후에도 보관합니다. 이 값은 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태이며, 부정 이용 방지 목적으로만 이용됩니다.
또한 관련 법령에서 보존을 요구하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 다음의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람·정정: 앱 내 프로필 화면에서 직접 확인·수정
- 개인정보 삭제 및 회원 탈퇴: 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 기능 이용
- 동의 철회: 권한 설정 변경 또는 계정 삭제를 통해 가능
- 산업 파트너 제공 동의 철회: 앱 내 "마이페이지 > 데이터 제공 설정"에서 언제든 철회 가능
권리 행사는 아래 문의처를 통해서도 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
7. 접근 권한 안내
서비스는 다음의 기기 접근 권한을 사용하며, 권한을 허용하지 않아도 해당 기능을 제외한 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
- 사진: 의류·프로필 사진 업로드 및 저장
- 알림: 스타일 추천 등 푸시 알림 수신
- 위치: 날씨 기반 추천(선택)
8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만임이 확인될 경우 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

11. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.
Privacy Policy
CHICPLAY Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates Goo (the "Service"). We take the protection of your personal information seriously and comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect and use, and the measures we take to protect it.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect the following personal information to provide the Service.

The information above is collected either through your direct input or uploads, or automatically generated in the course of your use of the Service.
2. Purposes of Use
- Member identification, sign-in, and account management
- AI-based style recommendations and personalization
- Try-On (virtual fitting) image generation
- Style Diagnosis (taste, mood, and color analysis)
- Push notification delivery
- Service analytics and quality improvement
- Prevention of fraudulent use and response to inquiries
- Building fashion industry data infrastructure and providing statistical information to industry partners using anonymized and aggregated data (excluding personal information)
- Providing analytical materials to industry partners using Try-On result images of users who have given consent
3. Outsourcing of Processing and Cross-Border Transfer
To provide the Service smoothly, we outsource the processing of personal information as set out below, and some information is transferred outside the Republic of Korea. You may review these arrangements through this Policy, and we obtain separate consent through the in-app consent process.

Timing and method of transfer: Information is transmitted over the network at the time you use the Service. You may decline consent to cross-border transfer; however, in that case, core features such as AI analysis and Try-On may be unavailable.
Notice Regarding AI Services
The Try-On, clothing analysis, and style diagnosis features transmit clothing and face photos you upload to Google's Gemini API for processing. We do not provide these photos to train AI models; they are used solely for inference purposes to generate recommendations and images. You may use these features after giving consent through the in-app consent process.
4. Provision of Information to Industry Partners
We provide data accumulated through the Service to industry partners and fashion brands so that it may be used for product development and trend research in the fashion industry. The information provided is classified as set out below, and where information that can identify an individual is included, we obtain separate consent.
4-1. Anonymized Statistical Information (No Consent Required)
The following information, anonymized and aggregated so that individual users cannot be identified, does not constitute personal information and may therefore be provided without separate consent.
- Registration and Try-On statistics by category and brand
- Style preference and trend analysis by age group and gender
- Try-On results and satisfaction statistics by body size range (excluding individual body measurements)
- Product combination and styling pattern analysis
- Clothing images and attribute information (color, material, pattern, fit, etc., with user-identifying information removed)
Before providing such information, we remove or irreversibly process all information that could identify an individual user (name, email address, Apple account identifier, etc.).
4-2. Try-On Result Images (Optional Consent)
Try-On result images generated through the Service may constitute personal information because they include the user's body. Accordingly, we provide such images only for users who have been given the following notice and have consented.

Before providing such images, we apply face masking or blurring to minimize the possibility of identifying a specific individual. However, this is an additional protective measure only; we treat such images as personal information and apply the consent process described above.

- Fashion trend and consumption pattern research
- Industry collaboration and market research
- Service improvement and development of new features
Withdrawal of Consent and Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent under Section 4-2 at any time via "My Page > Data Sharing Settings" in the app, and provision will cease thereafter. You may also request exclusion from the anonymized statistical information described in Section 4-1 by contacting us at the address below.
5. Retention Period and Destruction
As a general rule, we retain your personal information until you withdraw your membership, and we destroy it without delay upon withdrawal.
Destruction Upon Account Deletion (Membership Withdrawal)
You may request account deletion directly through "My Page > Delete Account" in the app. Upon account deletion, the following information is permanently destroyed immediately:
- All personal information stored in our database (profile, content, usage records, etc.)
- All stored images (clothing, Try-On results, face photos, etc.)
- Authentication information and Apple sign-in tokens (revoked)
Account deletion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed.
Information Retained After Withdrawal (Exception)
To prevent fraudulent sign-ups and duplicate receipt of benefits, we retain only a one-way encrypted (hashed) value of the member identifier after withdrawal. This value cannot be used to identify a specific individual and is used solely to prevent fraudulent use.
We may also retain information for the period required where retention is mandated by applicable law.
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access and correction: Review and edit directly on the profile screen in the app
- Deletion and withdrawal of membership: Use the "Delete Account" feature in the app
- Withdrawal of consent: Available by changing permission settings or deleting your account
- Withdrawal of consent to industry partner provision: Withdraw at any time via "My Page > Data Sharing Settings" in the app
You may also submit requests through the contact information below, and we will take action without delay.
7. Device Permissions
The Service uses the following device permissions. You may use the Service, excluding the relevant features, without granting these permissions.
- Photos: Uploading and saving clothing and profile photos
- Notifications: Receiving push notifications such as style recommendations
- Location: Weather-based recommendations (optional)
8. Children Under the Age of 14
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and over. We do not collect personal information from children under the age of 14, and if we confirm that a user is under 14, we will destroy the relevant information without delay.

- Management of access logs for personal information processing systems
